What were the highlights?

The technique of "journaling" at the end of the session allows you to keep track of your achievements for a longer period. Never forget! 1 situation = many reactions

When facing a difficult or complex situation, each person has a different and personal way of reacting to external stress factors.

Reaction 1: deny the existence of the problem and postpone its resolution,
Reaction 2: do nothing because "there is nothing to do",
Reaction 3: take the problem head-on,
Reaction 4: seek support,
Reaction 5: express your emotions,
Reaction 6: relativize.

None is better than the others. However, it is necessary to be aware of the differences in a group of people in order to find a common solution to the situation.
