Maintaining the same position, even ergonomic, for a long period causes muscle and joint tension which results in nervous and mental fatigue. This impacts the ability to concentrate, optimism, performance and creativity. As soon as signs of discomfort appear, the position should be changed without delay. Don't hesitate to get up and stretch regularly.
If you are a facilitator, include some ice-breaking stretching exercices from time to time.
