Screens

For small rooms: 02-03-04-05-06-11-12-13-14-15 

• Turn your PC on
• Take the clickshare (*) located on the multifunctional creative rail
• Insert the clickshare on your computer (if you don't have a USB-C plug, ask for an adapter at the Front Desk desk)
• Wait for the connection of the clickshare and when the white light is stabilized, press in the center; the clickshare becomes red: you broadcast 
• To stop broadcasting, click once on the clickshare, detach it and put it back in its place
• Rooms 03, 04, 12 and 14 are equipped with a video solution. The camera of your PC will be replaced by the camera above the screen thanks to the clickshare. If your room is not equipped, please contact the project manager (or the Reception) who will propose a mobile solution.

For medium-sized rooms: 07-10

• Turn your PC on
• Take the clickshare (*) located on the multifunctional creative rail
• Follow the same instructions as for a small room to broadcast your content on the screen
• If you need to connect a participant remotely via video, contact the project manager (or the Reception) who will propose a mobile solution.

For medium-sized rooms: 08-09

• Turn your PC on 
• Click once on the tablet at the entrance of the room and let yourself be guided
• Once the screen is down, take the clickshare and follow the instructions as for a small room
• These rooms are equipped with a video solution. The camera of your PC will be replaced by the mobile camera.
