Your Room

• All rooms are no-smoking.
• The key you received at the front desk allows you to open the doors of both your Villa and your room, as well as to turn on electricity in your room.
• You can modify the temperature in your room (+/- 3°C) by using the thermostat
• Opening your window will automatically turn off the heating and air-conditioning. In addition of bottles of water in your room, drinking water fountains are available in the entrance hall of each Villa.
• A  telescopic table is at your disposal
• A USB plug is available near the TV set
• The TV is always on standby mode, use the remote control to switch it on
• A safe, extra blanket and toilet paper are under the sink
• The HD Wifi is at your disposal across the Campus (no password needed)
• A water fountain and bins are located in the lobby of the villa
• ePress is available from the app (under Facilities)
• To call outside, please dial 0
• An ironing room is located on the ground floor of your villa
• Please ask for clean towels only if needed and by leaving your towels on the grounds
• Do not throw anything in the toilet
• In case of evacuation, the Assembly Point is located between the Château and the Front Desk
• The door of your room closes automatically. Please check it is properly closed when leaving
• Check-out is before 09.00

• Gifts and amenities are available from our shop by the Front Desk
• Defibrillators are available across  the Campus. The nearest to your room is near the lift at the Car Park
• A steaming service is available (ask the Front Desk)
