A human brain is not made to withstand long-lasting concentration. All the studies agree on the need for a regular alternation between sessions and breaks. The decline in concentration begins around 45 minutes of attention. Ideally, a 15-minute break should be planned for then so that ideas settle and energy regenerates. At Les Fontaines, we recommend that you take a real break, without checking your e-mails!
