During an ideation session, many thoughts / ideas / ideas are stated by the participants. Not all of them necessarily correspond to the purpose of the meeting. To avoid losing them, a trick is to store them in an "Parking lot" for subsequent discussion.
How is it going in practice? On a flipchart, write the word “Parking”, then tell the participants beforehand that some ideas expressed in the session might not be developed. In this case, they will be noted in the "Parking lot"!
