In each corporate event (meeting, seminar, training, etc.), the client -whether internal or external- must always be taken into account.
Before organizing a meeting, always ask yourself the question of the interest of the topic for the client and the perception s/he would have of it. Unnecessary meetings would be avoided with this simple question. It is essential that participants know who is the client of the meeting that brings them together. Symbolize the presence of the client with the means that suits you. At Les Fontaines we suggest leaving a chair empty around the table, or at the back of the meeting room, to symbolize the presence of the client. It is essential to "name him or her" at the start of the session.
