At the start of the meeting, make an introduction round table (first name, last name, position) and let participants express their expectations or questions. This will make the session more interactive and allow for more personalized interactions. And why not, doing it as an ice breaker: for example, by asking participants to gather according to their size, or their seniority in the company, or their geographical origin, or their business skills, or simply by groups that you will have preconstituted by color lanyards...).
