Everyone has a role!

For a meeting to be successful, several roles must be addressed:
- The client, who has a direct interest in what is being discussed.
- The participants, who must always be active contributors. No observers in meetings!
- The time keeper, who ensures compliance with the time contract.
- The scribe, who takes notes and graphically facilitates.
- The facilitator, who animates or presents. S/he is the one who organizes and is responsible for the work process. S/he can also be a scribe and a time keeper.

Make sure all roles are distributed at the beginning of the session!
